A lot of the time, if you are drinking a higher quality loose leaf tea, the tannins in it tend to cause some headaches. I used to get the same thing and as I drank it more and more, it went away.

We really like our Jasmine with Flowers. It’s a great starter for anyone wanting to get into green teas, we think.

Q:there's an ingredient in some instant teas that is illegal some places? do you have any idea what it is? it's supposedly in Sarasara Green Tea but i don't know the ingredient list...
We don’t do anything with Instant teas and haven’t come across anything that says there are illegal ingredients in them. Who would want instant tea, anyway, right? Long live loose leaf tea.
